Among of them, Chinese tea art is the most common leisure activity that can relax our nerves, bring us closers, resolve conflicts and establish the harmonious relationship between us. However, not everyone knows it well. Strictly speaking, tea art has 13 standard processes and details are as follows.
1. Wash hands and invite the guests to appreciate the tea and tea sets.
2. Rinse the tea sets thoroughly with boiling water, preheat them, which is helpful to release the fragrance of tea.
3. Put the tea leaves into a teapot. ( in this process, tea masters will wear the traditional linen clothing called "Chafu" to make some performances, fully showing the art beauty of tea art)
4. Clean the leaves ( pour the boiling water into the teapot and dump out the water of the first brew in order to clean all the dust / dirty particles )
Notice: Pour the first-brew boiled water over the teapot to make the same temperature both inside and out.
5. Pour the boiling water into the teapot again at three times, which is called "phoenix nods three times" in China.
6. Water should rise above the spout. Brush off the tea powder with a lid and make sure all the floating tea leaves on the top can be removed.
7. Cover the teapot promptly to steep for several minutes in order to preserve the fragrance of tea.
8. Place the fragrance-smelling cups, tea-tasting cups on the saucer with a tea clip when begin to have tea.
9. Pour the tea into the public cup to make sure every guest can taste the unified Chinese tea.
10. Pour the tea which is from the public cup into fragrance-smelling cups for each guest. Then turn over the fragrance-smelling cups quickly, upending them on the tea-tasting cups.
11. Serve the guests with a cup of tea.
12. Smell the after-flavor in the tea cups.
13. Enjoy the tea.
